Ashby Brass Floor Lamp
A simple and classic design which never dates. This floor lamp is inspired by an original example by the Arts and Crafts designer WAS Benson.
The beauty of this lamp lies in its simplicity of the articulated side arm which makes it the perfect reading lamp to stand besides an easy chair or at the end of a sofa.
Hand made by us in our South Derbyshire Workshop and 100% made in England. In addition, all of our suppliers are UK based.
Framework is made from solid brass with antiqued patina. Fitted with a push button on/off switch, designed by us which is modelled on the original switch seen on the WAS Benson original lamp.
Seen here with a simple pleated silk shade in cream.
Dimensions -Height to switch. 120cm. Overall height 130cm. Width including shade 36cm. Width of shade 19cm. Base diameter 21cm.
Price includes wiring with 2 metre of antique style braided cable in havana brown.
Wired with a B22 bayonet bulb holder and PAT tested prior to dispatch.
Bulb not included. We recommend a large sized LED bulb.
